1. Shipping & Handling

Customer Responsibility: All shipping costs, including postage, bubble mailers, and optional insurance, are the responsibility of the sender.

Secure Packaging: Please use a bubble mailer with tracking. Cards valued at $10 or more must be individually sleeved and placed in a toploader. We are not responsible for cards lost or damaged during transit.

Sorting Requirement: Cards must be sorted in the exact order of your approved submission list. Unsorted collections are subject to a 15% processing fee deducted from the final payout.

2. Condition & Authenticity

Near Mint Standard: Our listed buy prices apply only to Near Mint (NM) cards. Cards exhibiting whitening, surface scratches, edge wear, or bends will be discounted or rejected at our discretion.

Strict Authenticity Policy: We do not accept fakes, proxies, or altered cards. Every card undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection (texture, font, weight, and light test). Counterfeit cards will be destroyed and will not be returned under any circumstances.

3. Price Protection & Evaluation

48-Hour Price Lock: Your quote is valid for 48 hours from the time of submission. Your package must be postmarked within this window to guarantee the quoted rates.

Verification Period: All submissions are subject to a physical inspection. Payment is only issued after we have received, verified, and graded your cards.

4. Payouts

Processing Time: Payments are typically finalized within 3–5 business days of the shipment's arrival at our facility.

Payment Methods: We offer payment via PayPal (Goods & Services) or Bank Transfer. Please ensure your payment details are accurate in your submission to avoid delays.
